“Licki Brush” is a silicone-like tongue that has bristles on the front, much like a grooming brush many people would buy for their cats. You bite down on the mouth piece and from there, brush your cat using your mouth. It is supposed to mimic the feeling of a mother cat licking her offspring.
While some may find it weird, there are thousands of “Licki Brushes” that have been sold all across the world. And, cats seem to really enjoy it, too.
