It’s no secret that if you aren’t in a loving and committed relationship by Valentine’s Day then, there are only two ways you deal with it. You either hate it completely and wish death upon it or you take that day for pampering yourself because why can’t you celebrate self-love right? It’s not a crime to be single for Valentine’s Day and it’s not a crime either to be in a relationship but if you are, you really shouldn’t just spoil your significant other or yourself on one day. If you really care about someone then you should show them how much you appreciate them in your everyday life. Here’s to Valentines Day being just a sappy excuse to remind yourself that you should show someone you care once a year by spending an enormous amount of money trying to redeem yourself and to the most overrated holiday known to mankind.
