The Grinch better watch himself if he was planning on making a stop in Jackson Mississippi, because one little boy is after him. 5-year-old TyLon Pittman has always wanted to be a police officer. After stumbling across some youtube videos of the mean old Grinch stealing Christmas, adorable TyLon decided he might have needed a little bit of back up. So the young man did what he was taught, he needed help, so he called 9-1-1. After a dispatcher posted a status on Facebook about the call she received Officer Lauren Develle caught wind of TyLon’s worries, she decided to make a stop and assure TyLon his Christmas was going to be just fine.
TyLon warned his mother and brother that he had got in contact with the authorities about the imminent threat. The two figured the 5-year-old wasn’t serious, that was until officers showed up at their door with flashlights. TyLon plans on spending the night in the living room and sleeping with one eye open; he’s not letting the Grinch get away on his watch. The unbelievably cute 5-year-old looks like he’s got himself a promising future in law enforcement.

“If I wake up and I see he’s stealing Christmas, I’m gonna take him down and arrest him for the police [to] come take him to jail.”
It’s safe to say that Jackson Mississippi has nothing to worry about this holiday season with TyLon making sure nothing illegal goes down. All I know is I feel bad for the Grinch if he runs into our man TyLon. The Grinch better hope the police get to him before this young man does, there was no doubt he means nothing but business when comes to Christmas! We just hope TyLon keeps Christmas safe for everybody. We also hope Santa gets him everything he asked for this year; there’s no doubt he deserves it seeing as he’s the protector of Christmas and all.
